These Terms of Service govern your use of the Position A website. By using this site, joining the waitlist, or purchasing products once checkout opens, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Position A website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

Founder Drop 001

Founder Drop 001 is currently in pre-launch. Products shown on the site may be previews and may be updated before checkout opens.

Once sales open, product availability, pricing, shipping, and fulfillment details will be provided at checkout or on the relevant product pages.

Products and Availability

Position A products may be made to order and available in limited quantities. We may modify, pause, or discontinue products at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately, but colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, photography, production, and fulfillment.

Orders and Payment

Once checkout opens, orders will be processed through third-party ecommerce and payment providers. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Position A reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, product unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational issues.

Shipping

Shipping details, estimated timing, and tracking information will be provided once checkout opens. Because Founder Drop 001 products may be made to order, fulfillment and shipping times may vary. See our Shipping page for current information.

Returns and Final Sale

Founder Drop 001 products will be made to order. Once checkout opens, all sales will be final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sizing, fit preference, or change of mind.

Customers should contact hello@position-a.com within 7 days of delivery with their order number and photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. See our Returns page for the full return policy.

Intellectual Property

All Position A names, logos, marks, images, copy, designs, and website content are owned by Position A or its owner unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, or use Position A intellectual property without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Position A is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Position A is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, waitlist, products, or services.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
