Made to order — all sales final.

Founder Drop 001 items are produced specifically for each order. Because of this, all sales are final once checkout opens. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit preference, or change of mind.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before ordering. Fit notes are included on each product.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us at hello@position-a.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve.
